Michael Duboff was thorough and patient explaining a rather problematic publishing contract that I needed a review for, and his expertise and experience in the legal realm of publishing provided a lot of insight I couldn’t have gotten otherwise. His advice was much needed, and I also greatly appreciated the encouragement he gave me to negotiate for a set of terms I was comfortable with.
