This second session—hosted by Mark Edwards (managing partner, entertainment lawyer, Edwards Creative Law), Michael Duboff (entertainment lawyer, Edwards Creative Law) and Brian Clasper (director of film financing and tax credits, Manitoba Film & Music)—will focus on production financing, including sources of funding, financing mechanism and structures; entities and organizations involved in production financing; cash flows and waterfalls; and a production case study.
