Edwards Creative Law’s entertainment lawyer Michael Duboff had the pleasure of speaking at the Reelworld Producer Program workshop recently. During the session, Michael focused on the process of incorporating a production company. He explained the reason to do it federally vs. provincially and discussed things to consider when structuring a company and the importance of chain of title. @reelworld

The Reelworld Producer Program, hosted by Reelworld Screen Institute, is a 4-month program that fosters an immersive learning environment and creates pathways to build a career as a producer in the television industry.
